Hi,
I recieved thisitem after 4 days with no clue of tracking & when I opened it, it had water sprayed on it & it was evident that it was a used item.I reported it & they said they’d send a new item & it never turned up.I checked th Track Package & it showed me”Delivered”. Usually these guys never knock the dorr but silently leave the item in the front door & there are chances that someone may have taken it.When I called mazon, they checked with the career & said the career himself lost the item! Then they said they’d give me $10 gift card..Shucks.I’ve been running only once used shirts for 12 days now & only now I’ve recieved the iron box.
I’ll give a feedback once I use this one!

We enjoyed this iron for about a month. It fell off the ironing board and landed on a vinyl floor. The base cracked across the entire width of the iron underneath the handle. Rowenta’s response? ‘Even if it fell three inches the wrong way, it can crack. It’s not a defect, so it’s your problem.’ My response was… if this were a 19.99 Sunbeam Wal-Mart special, I would agree. But for a 90 dollar Rowenta? That’s unacceptable. I was told to send it in at my expense and pay to have it repaired. I told them forget it, I’ll just let everyone know about their wonderful product and customer support.

After I’ve used the iron, I’ll update this review. But, until then I can only offer my opinion of Amazon’s inadequate packaging job. Basically, the store package was placed in a large brown box with a few (4) of those charming little plastic-bag pillows. Of course, the iron bounced around in the big box and was actualy separated from the store package when I opened the box. I’ll be quite surprised if the iron lasts thru the warranty period after that torture test.
Pretty sad.

This is one of the best irons that you could buy. Try it for yourself and don’t pay attention to the negative comments. These people probably tried to iron their clothes while wearing them. Idiots!

This actually does what the ads say. Read the ads and if you are looking for those qualities, buy this one.
